Anatalio Ubalde

CEO and Co-founder

Anatalio is an experienced executive leading Software as a Service ventures. At SizeUp, he is responsible for leading product, strategy, and growth. Along with gaining globally recognized corporate customers, his team has quickly established SizeUp as a leading Fintech startup, earning international attention as a finalist for the SWIFT Sibos fintech innovation challenge, TechCrunch Disrupt Battlefield finalist, winning startup at the Future of Money and Technology Summit, winner of the Innotribe Startups Showcase, USA Department of Commerce 1st place business app to help businesses and grow jobs (jury of Sheryl Sandberg, Vint Cerf, Tim O’Reilly), and a perfect score from BankNXT. He has spoken at the G20 Summit SME Finance Forum, Latin America FINPYME, Finovate, Paris Fintech Forum, MoneyConf, and many other Fintech events. Previously he co-founded GIS Planning Inc., the SaaS leader in online economic development solutions and its service, a corporate real estate and site selection analysis platform. It made the Inc. 5000 list of fastest growing private companies 5 years in a row. The New York Times recognized, along with Google and Yelp, as one of the "basics of starting a business" for market analysis. The Financial Times acquired GIS Planning in 2016. Mr. Ubalde’s work has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg BusinessWeek, MSNBC, Forbes, Fortune, and Entrepreneur. He has a Master's degree in City Planning from U.C. Berkeley.

Greg Zilberman

Development Lead

Greg is a software architect and engineer by training, with over a decade of web-app and software development experience. He has lead development teams using the most innovative design methodologies and technologies, both in the Bay Area and abroad. Mr. Zilberman specializes in product development through the software lifecycle - from requirements definition to deployment and maintenance. At SizeUp, he is responsible for the overall technical implementation of the company’s services. Mr. Zilberman holds a Bachelors degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Bar-Ilan University, Ramat Gan, Israel.

Brandon Harrell

Product Manager

Brandon manages SizeUp products and the implementation of client projects. He has domestic and international experience in Geographic Information System modeling and analysis, site planning, and project management. Prior to joining the SizeUp team, his expertise in innovation, technology, and collaboration enabled him to work on development projects in Taiwan, Portugal, Nicaragua, Cuba, and Kenya. Mr. Harrell has lectured about planning and development in the United States and the Caribbean, including a teaching position at U.C. Berkeley. He has worked in both the public and private sectors. Mr. Harrell has a Master's degree in City Planning from the University of California at Berkeley and a Bachelor's degree in Communication from the University of New Mexico.

Fabio Maffioli

Director of Business Development

Fabio is responsible for the commercial relationships and growth of SizeUp in the EMEA region. He brings in a deep expertise in the FinTech industry as well as strategic consulting and project management skills. Prior to joining SizeUp, Fabio led the innovation initiatives of SWIFT, the provider of worldwide financial institution transaction services, from its headquarters in Belgium. There he acted as manager of the Innotribe Startup Challenge, a global startup competition involving the world’s most promising FinTech companies. Fabio has also worked for IBM, advising government agencies and Fortune 500 companies on strategic location and foreign direct investment initiatives. Mr. Maffioli graduated as top of the class in MSc Economics & Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School. He also holds a Bachelor degree in International Management from Bocconi University. Mr. Maffioli is located in the London office of SizeUp.
